The “Nature Ball Balance” app does not save any personal data.

Which non-personal data does the “Nature Ball Balance” app save?
The “Nature Ball Balance” app stores the following non-personal data:
– The selection of the desired language.
– The best time per level.
– The fewest failed attempts per level.
– The highest level reached so far.
– When a full-page advertisement was last displayed.
– The game settings under “Setup”.
These data are stored to enable the game to run and to improve the gaming experience. These data are stored on your device.
colmer_it UG (limited liability) has no access to these data.
Request by email, phone or fax
If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, your request including all personal data resulting from it (name, request) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR, if your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures.
